PS Form 1093-C, Application for Post Office Caller Service is a document used to apply for a caller service, which permits a post office customer to obtain mail addressed to a PO Box number through a loading dock or a call window.
Caller service mail is provided separately for each paid caller service address. Reserve service lets customers reserve preferable caller addresses for a minimal fee. Users receiving large quantities of mail can use "locked bags" that have numbers like PO Boxes. This service is called Caller Service, and the assigned number is known as a Caller Number, although mail is generally addressed to a PO Box.

It is possible to pay Caller Service fees in advance for 6 months or 1 year. It is the caller's responsibility to pay the fee on schedule. If the fee is paid by mail, the payment has to be received by the due date. The approval date of the application determines the caller fee payment period.
Caller Service does not include a general delivery service. Customers who use Caller Service pick up their mail at the Post Office loading dock or call window several times a day as indicated by the postmaster.
