How to Make a Spreadsheet for Clothing Store Inventory?

Making a Clothing Inventory Sheet is an easy process. However, before making it a store (or an entity) should think through what kind of information they would like to include in it. Generally, the sheet is divided into several parts, which may include:

1. The Title. The sheet usually starts with the title. Nevertheless, to make the spreadsheet more unique the store or the entity can put their name and their logo on it.
2. Data About the Purpose. Stores can use this part to designate the address of the store and its inventory, the date when the document was filled in, etc., while entities can designate the name of the client here, their address, date of birth, and date.
3. Clothing Inventory Information. This part of the spreadsheet is generally presented as a table with five or more columns. Here, stores and entities are supposed to state which kind of clothes they have in their inventory, the amount, color, etc. Entities can also state the condition of the clothes and what they are needed for.

There is no limit to what kind of clothes a store can include in the Clothing Store Inventory Sheet, it can be jeans, dresses, underwear, swimwear, tops, jackets, slippers, etc. Some stores find it convenient to use a more extended version of the sheet, where they can add a description to their clothing items, its price, date of last order, the name of the vendor, department, and space where the item can be found.

Entities usually create separate spreadsheets for each client they have since they need to keep track of the clothes they give to each one of them, nevertheless, they use the same form for each client.
