It is advised to divide this document into several sections and create a schedule. Two or three weeks before the party you need to promote the event or invite your friends to join you, decide on the theme, and hire a catering company or plan the Christmas menu. A few days before your gathering you should do the grocery shopping, decorate the place, properly clean the living room and the dining room, and check if you have enough supplies like napkins, disposable tableware, and festive accessories the guests can wear. Leave several tasks until the last moment - cook the dinner, display the food, and be ready to show the guests their seats and answer their questions.
