Varsity Score Sheet: What Is It?
A Varsity Score Sheet refers to a written statement prepared to record the line-ups and indicate the main events and the outcome of a game played by teams that represent different educational institutions. This document often serves as an official acknowledgment of every episode of the competitive event - it will allow the organizing committee to ensure the internal regulations are complied with and determine the winner and best players of the tournament; besides, with the help of the score sheet, the teams will be able to analyze their statistics later and improve their performance.

If you are keeping track of the game progression, make sure you include the main details of the event (the round of the competition and the date, time, and location of the game), enter the names of teams, players, managers, and referees, insert a table that demonstrates how the score is changing throughout the game or write down the names (alternatively, shirt numbers) of players that contributed to their team's success, note the fouls and time-outs, specify whether the game started when scheduled or there were unexpected delays and pauses, and leave space for the referee or another official to sign the form once they confirm the accuracy of information.
