A Classroom Observation Form is a form used by the administration or a senior member of staff within a school to evaluate the performance of a teacher, focusing on their ability to teach. It can be done to look at the performance of a teacher which is usually done on an annual basis in schools but it can also be done to improve the teaching capabilities of the teacher providing them with important information and feedback concerning methodology as well as their relationship with students.
