A New Mexico Medical Power of Attorney Form is used when permission is granted by a principal, allowing another party (the agent) to make vital medical choices on behalf of the principal. In New Mexico, a New Mexico Medical Power of Attorney only needs to be signed by the principal. There is however a recommendation that two witnesses should also sign the document and be present.
