Self-proving Affidavit Form - North Carolina

A North Carolina Self-Proving Affidavit Form is needed when a person wants to verify the legitimacy of a will. This is done by binding the form to the will. The main function of the document is to ensure that the court accepts the will without any unnecessary investigations.
