In summary, the main use of this contract is to provide a written documentation of all of the agreements formed between both the employer and employee. This usually covers the following points:

• The main responsibilities of the employee. After the employee has signed, they agree to carry out and successfully complete the jobs set out in the contract;
• For carrying out their functions as agreed the employer will financially compensate the employee;
• Other clauses are also usually included such as those that concern the contract expiration date as well as information regarding early contract termination of the contract;
• If the employer provides additional bonuses such as paid sick days and holidays, this should be included.

Only the clauses that are stated in the contract can be implemented legally.
