Massachusetts Employment Contract: What Is It?

A Massachusetts Employment Contract is a legal contract that becomes legally binding once signed by an employer and employee. This is usually done when the employee secures a new position within a company and agrees to start working there.

The purpose of this contract is to document all of the agreements and promises that both the employer and employee made to each other.
