A Texas Independent Contractor Agreement is a document that is signed between two entities, a customer and a contractor. The customer can either be an individual or may approach a contractor on behalf of a business. The document is used to differentiate an independent contractor from an employee. Employees are entitled to receive additional social benefits that are in agreement with the law.
