Using a Wyoming Notary Acknowledgment Form will allow legal acknowledgment (completed by a notary public) where they confirm that any signatures added to a document are genuine. It is also used to confirm that all of the included signatures were obtained in completely legally and that nobody was forced to sign against their own will.
The document under consideration does not necessarily need to be signed in front of the notary public; this can be done prior to the meeting. We would still suggest that you do this. The notary would also need to verify the ID of the individuals signing the document after which they should make a declaration confirming that they signed the document under free will.
The Wyoming Notary Acknowledgment would then be signed by the notary, as long as the outlined steps have been met. This form will then be attached to the appropriate document and from this point, the document will become legally binding.
