Notary Acknowledgment Form - Oregon

Using an Oregon Notary Acknowledgment Form provides a documented acknowledgment that validates the authenticity of signatures that were added to a legal document. In most cases, this requirement is reserved only for documents deemed as highly important. If this is not achieved, the document will not be valid and it will not legally be enforced.

Before signing an Oregon Notary Acknowledgment, the notary public must be certain that the individuals in attendance are those who they say they are.
