Notary Acknowledgment Form - Kentucky

A Kentucky Notary Acknowledgment Form is applied in instances when an important legal document is in need of notarization to verify the validity of signatures contained within the document. This is carried out by a notary public (not exclusively, but in the fair majority of cases) and they must first start by checking the identification of the people that need to sign or have already signed the document. Indeed, there is no legal requirement to state that the notary must witness the signatures being added but the notary public must be certain that any signatures included in the document were done so completely voluntarily.

Once the notary public goes through this process, they can sign a Kentucky Notary Acknowledgment as required. In Kentucky, it is not absolutely necessary to attach a stamp to the form. After signing, the document becomes legally binding and can be enforced on a legal basis.
