An Idaho Real Estate Power of Attorney Form is a written instrument that allows one person who is unavailable at the time to grant an agent - their friend, a lawyer, or a property management agency - a right to handle their real estate affairs.

If, for example, you are preparing to leave the country before you close the transaction on the real property you are selling or buying or you are unable to manage the rental unit because you live far away from it, you can provide your legal representative with permission to act on your behalf.
