Limited Power of Attorney Template - Tennessee

A Tennessee Limited Power of Attorney Form is needed to assign power rights to another party (known as the agent). The person giving permission for someone else to represent them, the principal, needs to document a detailed outline of the task (or tasks) that they permit the agent to involve themselves in. It goes without saying that the principal needs to be aware of the reliability and honesty of the agent, hence why in most cases, principals opt to pick their close friends or relatives to represent them. This form is usually limited in time and is useful for situations when the principal cannot be physically present.
