Limited Power of Attorney Template - Oklahoma

If an individual (principal) wants to delegate duties to another individual (agent) in Oklahoma, an Oklahoma Limited Power of Attorney Form will be required in order to legalize the agreement. This document allows the principal to select an agent, who will be the legal representative of the principal. The agent will legally have the right to carry out certain tasks, as agreed upon in the document.
