- State the names of the parties and their physical addresses.

- Add a non-compete clause to the agreement if you are letting an employee go and they were allowed access to the confidential information of the company - this may be the only way to prevent your local rivals from obtaining sensitive data of your business. Note that you need to provide your soon-to-be ex-employee with compensation for making them give up on an employment opportunity in a certain geographical area.
- Sign the papers and record the actual date . It is necessary to notarize the document - add more protection to your deal. The notary public will certify the information in the NDA is true and complete, verify the identities of parties or their legal representatives, and put a notary seal under the signatures of counterparts.
