California NDA: How to Make?

Here is how you should draft a legally enforceable California NDA:

1. While it is possible to include a non-disclosure clause in another contract, for instance, a document that confirms the termination of employment, it is advised to compose a separate agreement to be able to define all necessary terms and show both parties are on the same page in terms of the information that must remain secret.
2. Identify the parties to the contract - the person or entity that has shared information and the recipient of these details.
3. Determine what is going to be included in the NDA .
