Indicate the full name and the mailing address of the recipient, state your own name, confirm the person identified in writing is no longer allowed to enter the property, enter the legal address of the property, certify the notice takes effect upon delivery, and inform the addressee a copy of the notice will be submitted to the local police department. Sign and date the document. Make sure you send it via certified mail to obtain a return receipt in case the addressee tries to deny they got the No Trespass Notice and then present a copy to the local authorities to let them know you have issued a warning to the individual you never want to see at your property.
