A Thank You Letter to Employees is a personal message drafted by an employer or manager who wants to show gratitude to the people that work for them for their diligence and hard work. Any employer, administrator, or manager that has subordinates that answer to them should reward the effort of the employees in order to reinforce positive behavior, promote productivity, and boost their morale.
