How to Fill Out Log of Supervised Driving Practice?

Follow these steps to complete a Supervised Driving Log:

1. Reach out to the department of motor vehicles in your state . You need to find out the requirements for the driving log before submitting your own - it is possible you will be told to document particular details of the driving practice or add a specific certification to your statement.
2. Draw a table to include the description of every practice .
