Special Warranty Deed Form - New Mexico

Whether you want to transfer your real property or are entitled to receive it, you should consider using a New Mexico Special Warranty Deed. If you are a grantor, with this document you will provide your grantee only with warrants against anything that happened during your ownership. A special warranty deed is statutory under Section 47-1-31 and Section 47-1-44 of the New Mexico Statutes.
