If you would like to sell your real property you should look into using an Oregon Quitclaim Deed for this purpose. This type of deed does not contain a warranty of title, but sufficient to pass all the estate which the grantor could lawfully convey by a deed of bargain and sale (93.110). The Oregon Revised Statutes include a statutory form for a quitclaim deed, which you can find in Section 93.865, and use to transfer your real property. Confirm that you included all the necessary information to your deed, which is the name of the grantor, the name, of the grantee, the date of conveyance, the description of the property that is being conveyed, and more.
