Individuals and entities can use a Nevada Quitclaim Deed to shift their property to other individuals or entities. In this state, such a deed can be signed by the grantor themselves (being of lawful age) or by their authorized agent or attorney (111.020). In Nevada, all deeds shall be duly acknowledged (111.240; 111.265) and recorded as directed by the Nevada Revised Statutes (111.105). To make sure your quitclaim deed will not be refused for recordation, follow the requirements listed in Section 111.312 of the state's statutes.
