If you want to sell your real property you should think about using a Missouri Quitclaim Deed . In this state, any deed must be signed by the person who is conveying their real property (or by their authorized agent), acknowledged, and recorded following Section 442.020 of the Missouri Revised Statutes. The acknowledgment can be made before some court that has a seal, a judge, a notary public, or another officer (442.150). If your quitclaim deed is missing names of the involved parties, a legal description of the real property that is being conveyed, or does not meet the requirements designated in Section 59.310 of the Missouri Revised Statutes, then the recorder of the deeds may refuse the document.
