Quitclaim Deed Form - Kansas

Complete a Kansas Quitclaim Deed if you want to shift your real property to another individual without offering any title covenants. Make sure your deed is signed by a person who is passing the property, duly acknowledged, and recorded in the way the Kansas Statutes require it to be done (58-2205; 58-2209). Your quitclaim deed shall be prepared in accordance with the statutory form (58-2204), therefore, it shall include information about the grantor, information about the grantee, the description of the real property that is being conveyed, the amount of the considerations paid, and other details. The acknowledgment and recordation of deeds are governed by sections 58-2211, 58-2215, 58-2221.
