Gift Deed Form - Nevada

A Nevada Gift Deed is essential when the owner of a property or parcel of real estate wishes to donate or gift the property to another person or party without the expectation of payment for the transfer. This type of deed will require specific language about the details of the deed, since any unclear language could result in the document being contested in court. The gift deed will require a full description of the property. A Declaration of Value form will need to be signed by both parties and submitted along with all other documentation (NRS 375.060).
