In a New Jersey Deed of Trust , the involved parties can describe terms under which the trustor is supposed to return the loan to the beneficiary. It shall also contain the provisions under which the trustee, which holds the title of ownership of the real estate, shifts this title to the beneficiary if the trustor fails to satisfy their obligations. The New Jersey Revised Statutes do not contain a statutory form for a deed of trust, however, it does not preclude individuals from using this type of deed.
