Bargain and Sale Deed Form - Delaware

If you want to sell or buy residential property from a relative, purchase real estate at a foreclosure or tax sale, or place the house or apartment into a family trust, consider drafting a Delaware Bargain and Sale Deed Form with the other party. Just like other real property deeds, this agreement must contain the names and contact information of the seller and the buyer and indicate the location and the price of the real estate. To verify the grantor's intention to transfer property with all possible liens and encumbrances, the parties are required to include the words "bargain and sell" in accordance with the Title 25 of the Delaware Code.
