A Pennsylvania Grant Deed transfers property from one person or entity to another. The Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes does not include a form of a deed that can be used to shift property, nevertheless, a grant deed shall include all of the common sections. It can be the name of the grantor, the name of the grantee, the description of the property, and other details. If a grantor is transferring property to a married individual it is considered to be marital property since it is acquired by either husband or wife during the marriage (Section 35 § 3501).
