Grant Deed Form - Oregon

An Oregon Grant Deed is a legal document that transfers title to real property from one party to another, which must be signed by a grantor (or their authorized representative), acknowledged, and recorded in compliance with the Oregon Revised Statute (93.010). The acknowledgment shall be done before a judge of the Supreme Court, circuit judge, county judge, or another appointed individual listed in section 93.410 of the Statute. Every grant deed which is properly executed and acknowledged is entitled to be recorded in the county where the land is situated (3.480).
