Grant Deed Form - Nebraska

A Nebraska Grant Deed transfers property from one person or entity to another. A grant deed includes a covenant that the grantor has a legitimate title to the very estate in quantity and quality which they purport to convey unless otherwise stated in the deed (76-206). According to the Nebraska Revised Statutes, all grant deeds executed in the state shall be signed by the grantor (being of lawful age), and be acknowledged (or proved) and recorded (76-211). A grant deed shall be acknowledged in accordance with section 64-205 of the Nebraska Revised Statutes.
