A Silent Auction Bid Sheet is a document that contains bids made during the silent auction. Often used at charity events, this list records the auction participants who offer their bids, and the highest bidder eventually wins the item indicated on the top of the sheet. Note that the highest bid will not be known until the end of the auction. You can download a Silent Auction Bid Sheet template through the link below.
Traditionally, this document includes a brief yet memorable description of the item and its tracking number, the name of the person or company that offered it and the logo of the donor if they request it, its current market value, the starting bid, and a table of bids. Each bid must have the name of the bidder next to it. Prepare the Bid Sheet before the auction and put it next to an item to avoid confusion since you may offer multiple items to your bidders. Once the auction is over, the administrator responsible for the auction will collect all the sheets, examine them to find out whose bid has won, and announce the winner.
