Today's date.
The name and full address of the Credit Reporting Agency's Complaint Department.
Opening greeting.
Begin with a statement about why you are writing, that you have found one or multiple errors in your credit report, and that you will need these items corrected immediately to avoid any issues later.
In the letter, you will need to state that you are attaching a copy of the credit report and have highlighted or circled the issues that need to be resolved.
In your closing statement, you can also ask to have a confirmation of the updates once the issue has been resolved.
