What Is an On-Site Management Agreement?
An On-Site Management Agreement is a contract between the owner of a property and an on-site property manager. An on-site manager - commonly misspelled or written as "onsite" or "on site" - performs property management functions on the premises. They are responsible for the day-to-day operations of a particular property, such as a shopping center or an office building.

How to Write an On-Site Management Agreement?
An On-Site Management Agreement usually consists of the following sections:

Identifying Information. Information about the owner of the property and the manager. The location of the property.

Responsibilities of the Manager. The most common duties and responsibilities of the On-Site Managers are the following: inspecting the facilities to determine whether a repair is needed, meeting with the current tenants, making sure that they pay their rent on time, showing rental units to prospective tenants, and submitting expense reports to the owner.

Payments. All fees and commissions of the On-Site Manager should be indicated here.

Term. The term for which the contract is valid is also included in the contract.

Termination. The agreement should involve the order, terms, and conditions of the termination of the contract.

Indemnity. An indemnification section should be also included in this agreement.
