SBA Form 1846, Statement Regarding Lobbying is a form required for closing a Small Business Administration (SBA) Guaranteed Loan, for Loan Guarantees and Loan Insurance. This form states that in case any federal funds have been paid or will be paid to any person for influencing or attempting to influence an officer or employee of any Federal agency or Congress in connection with the Loan, the Lender will be forced to complete and submit the Standard Form LLL, Disclosure of Lobbying Activities.

The Lender signing the statement acknowledges that they accept responsibility for potential failure to file the required statement and are aware that failure to file will result in a civil penalty of up to $10,000.
