DD Form 2881, NATO Secret Label, is a form issued and used within the U.S. Department of Defense to label mediums approved for NATO secret information. The latest version of the label was released by the Department of Defense (DoD) on May 1, 2004 , and can be downloaded below or through the Executive Services Directorate website.
Service members handling forms marked with DD 2881 require NATO security clearance, need-to-know authorization, and need to have undergone a NATO security briefing.
