Free Baseball Certificate Templates

If you help manage a little league or more advanced baseball team, creating a Baseball Certificate for team members is a great way to celebrate accomplishments.

Alternate Name:

• Baseball Award Certificate.

This certificate can be used to acknowledge the player of the game, most home runs, best player attitude, or other ways of recognizing teamwork and athletic achievements. You will want to be sure to print a Baseball Certificate in color and on high quality paper. You can decide to print these certificates out ahead of each season to make it easier to distribute the certificates after each game, or give them to player’s at a later date, such as the end of the season celebrations.

To create a Baseball Award Certificate, include the following below:

1. Name of what the certificate is for (player of the game, most home runs, etc) as the header of the certificate. Make sure this header is in a bold font that is significantly larger than the rest of the text on the certificate.

2. The name of the team.

3. “Awarded to” followed by a line where the player’s name can be listed.

4. “On” followed by today’s date.

5. If you’d like you can include a quote about sportsmanship at the end of the certificate.

6. A signature section at the bottom of the page for the coach or multiple coaches of the team.

7. You can also add additional images, such as a baseball, baseball bat, a glove and ball, or a banner behind the header or player’s name.

   • You will want to add at least one image to make the certificate more lively, but try to avoid having more than 2 or 3 images to avoid having the certificate look cluttered.
