Our Impaired Driver Program, also known as the IDP, is designed to provide support and resources for individuals who have been convicted of impaired driving offenses. We understand the challenges that come with overcoming these incidents and aim to assist participants in their journey towards becoming responsible drivers.

At our program, we offer various services and initiatives to help participants meet the requirements set forth by the legal system. We provide a comprehensive application process, including the DPR-103 Impaired Driver Program Application, which allows individuals to apply for enrollment in the program. Additionally, our program requires participants to submit the DPR-152 Impaired Driver Program (IDP) Annual Enrollment Report, which helps us track progress and ensure compliance.

To ensure accountability and transparency, we also require participants to complete the DPR-104 Impaired Driver Program Service Agreement. This agreement outlines the expectations, responsibilities, and obligations of both the participant and the program.

In recognition of the fact that impaired driving incidents can occur across state lines, we have also developed the DS-1 Out-of-State Impaired Driver Program Enrollment and Status Form. This form is specifically designed to facilitate the enrollment and monitoring of individuals who reside outside of New York but are required to participate in the program.
